I’m an instructional designer based in Kamloops, BC, Canada. My career began in hospitality, where I learned how small details create big experiences. After nearly a decade in that field, I transitioned into teaching, where I saw firsthand how curiosity drives learning. In the classroom, I guided students from diverse backgrounds, which deepened my ability to communicate clearly and design learning that resonates. Today, as an instructional designer, I bring both worlds together to design training that is engaging, efficient, and impactful.

I create eLearning courses, job aids, and blended learning programs that are engaging, easy to use, and focused on real workplace results. Skilled in tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Suite, Camtasia, and AI-enhanced workflows, I bring creativity and efficiency together to solve organizational challenges.

I had the pleasure of co-presenting with Daniel two demonstrations at two academic conferences in Canada. We showed other teacher participants how to use ChatGPT to generate audio/visual materials to help students develop English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. The presentations were well received. In both team presentations, Daniel was cooperative, flexible, and relating to the other team members' parts. At that time, it was new to use AI to create life-like videos for students to watch, but Daniel did a super job. I was amazed at the great variety of materials Daniel created with AI for our presentations.
